Order procedure


Place the desired item in the shopping cart

Go to the item of your choice and click on the golden "Add to cart" button.
You will now be directed to the "my cart" page. Here you can change the number of items, add related products or enter a discount code.
If you want to continue shopping, click on the blue text "continue shopping". You will be redirected to the home page. At the top, in the middle of the site, you will see your shopping cart with the items you have chosen.
When you have finished shopping, click on the "Finish Shopping" button.
You will then see a popup screen: "How do you want to complete the order?


Ordering as a guest or registered customer


On Kadotip.eu it is possible to order without an account. Please choose "Order without account" in the popup screen. 
You can also choose to create an account by selecting the blue text "register". (The advantage of an account is that you can easily view the status and history of your orders, you can download and print invoices, you can checkout quickly and easily on your next visit as all data is already known to us).
If you already have an account on Kadotip.eu, you can log in here by entering your login and password and clicking on "Login & Checkout".


Visit the site


You will be taken to the "cashier without account" screen, as well as the "login and cashier" screen.
If you have logged in in the previous step, your details are already filled in. If you have chosen "pay without account", we ask you to fill in the required fields in order to process

Correctly your order.


Then click on "next step" or you can go back to your basket by clicking on the blue text "back to my basket".


Shipping method


Here you can choose a shipping method. 
After making your choice, click on "next step" or "back to invoice details".
Method of payment
You will now proceed to the step where you can choose a payment method. Select your preferred method and click on "next step".


Check your order

You will now see an overview of your order to be placed. Please check everything quietly, if something is wrong, you can always return to the previous step via "back to payment method" at the bottom left of the screen.
If everything is correct, you can place a comment in the appropriate field. You can tick the box below to subscribe to our newsletter (it will be sent a maximum of 1x per month).
It is important that you tick the box to accept the general terms and conditions and to take note of them. To do so, click on the blue text "general conditions".
Finally, you can click on the button "Place order", you will then be redirected to the secure environment of our payment partner PayPal to pay your order safely and easily.


I have placed an order. What do I do now? 


When you have placed an order and you have chosen a carrier, you will receive a confirmation from us at the email address you provided with your order.

As soon as we receive your order, it will be processed and packed with care.

Upon shipment, you will automatically receive a tracking and tracing code in your
e-mail. Using the link in this e-mail, you can follow the file. The code usually works in the evening.


What happens when you are not at home?


When you are not at home, the package will be delivered to your neighbours on request. If you prefer not to do so, you can of course indicate this.
When the parcel is delivered to the neighbours, you will receive a note in the mailbox and/or an automatic e-mail.

If the package has not been delivered to the neighbours, you will receive an e-mail with which you can make a new delivery appointment directly online. You can also choose
for one of the 2700 DHL ServicePoints in your area.
