My product bought at kadotip.eu is defective, what to do?

It is very annoying that your product is defective. 

Despite the fact that all our products meet our high quality standards, it can happen that a defect occurs unexpectedly. We will do everything we can to solve this quickly!

All warranty claims are subject to the statutory warranty. Legal warranty means that a product must do what you (the consumer) may reasonably expect it to do. 

The warranty is different for each product. Your return guarantee is 14 days.
