Concerns delivery

Ordered before 12:00 is the next working day in house*
This applies to all items in stock. Larger items are excluded.

We deliver our products throughout the Netherlands and abroad.
Delivery times between 08:00 and 18:00.
In busy periods, such as around the holidays, it may happen that your product is delivered in the evening.


For delivery within Belgium we use PostNL. 
For delivery within the Netherlands we use PostNL, DHL.

In certain cases you can make a choice regarding the transport company. The selected shipping method may differ in favor of the customer. Advantage trends always chooses the fastest delivery for the customers. Of course there are no extra costs for this, but it is a service from us!

GLS Parcel Service offers from now on the new "FlexDelivery-Service" (currently only for the Netherlands). 
On the day of shipment of your order you will receive an automatically generated E-mail with Track & Trace number from us, so that you can track the package yourself online and take into account the arrival of the GLS - driver.
In this E-mail you will also be offered to use the new "FlexDelivery-Service". This means that if you do not expect to be at home to receive the shipment, you may consider selecting an alternative delivery option. Of course, this should be done in a timely manner. You can indicate on the shipping day until 23.59 hours whether the shipment should be offered on another day, or whether it should be prepared by GLS at a ParcelShop or GLS depot so that it can be picked up there.

If the driver does not find you at home, he will leave you a card. You will also receive an e-mail. This allows you to quickly and easily indicate whether the shipment must be presented again on another day or whether the parcel must be prepared by GLS at a PakketShop or GLS depot so that it can be picked up there. Even if the shipment could be delivered to a neighbour, you will receive an E-mail with the specific delivery information.

If you have indicated to pick up the shipment at one of the DHL Servicepoints, you will receive an SMS message as soon as the parcel is ready there (only if your mobile number is known). You will also receive an E-mail.

With this new extra service you can largely decide yourself when you want the package delivered or picked up.

The shipping costs above a purchase amount of € 100, - is completely free. Belgium is excluded.

Perfume category can be up to a maximum delivery time of 1 to 8 working days as we have no perfumes in stock.

 

RETURN.

 

Returning is part of our service.

This way we underline our quality standard! 

We do our best to ensure that the products ordered by you are delivered complete and according to your specifications. However, if you have received an incomplete order or wrong items, you can return the order free of charge if you opt for a subsequent delivery. In all other cases, you can return the order at your own expense. The full purchase amount will be refunded to you.

Certain products purchased via Kadotip cannot be returned. This concerns the following products:

custom goods or goods made to your specifications,
health and personal care articles, such as perfume, when opened.
Health and personal care articles, such as perfume, without packaging cellophane.
Return deals and/or bargain basement products

The products you wish to return must be in their original condition and all accessories must be present. Please note that the retailer may refuse the returned products and return them to you if you have not complied with the return policy.

 


Announcing a return

Let us know within 14 days after delivery, through your account by creating a return ticket, that you want to return the order, or some products of the order. You will then receive an email back with a return form and an explanation of the next steps of the return policy.

We would like to emphasize that returning a product can only be done by creating a return label in your account. The telephone customer service can not handle return requests.

The entrepreneur reimburses all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days.
